As a well-known private educational institution in China, New Oriental Education & Technology Group went public on the New York Stock Exchange (stock code: EDU) on September 7, 2006, making it the first education and training institution from the Chinese mainland to be listed overseas. On March 28, 2019, New Oriental split Koolearn, its online teaching and learning platform, and listed it on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: HK1797). On November 9, 2020, New Oriental completed its secondary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the as “New Oriental-S” (stock code: HK9901).

The predecessor of Beijing New Oriental Vision Overseas Consulting Co. Ltd. was established in 1996. Working as a specialized institution for overseas study services affiliated to New Oriental, the company provides a wide range of services, including examination guidance, overseas study planning, background promotion, school application, scholarship application, document writing guidance, visa-related service, career planning, etc., making it convenient for students to enjoy the “one-stop” service for studying abroad care-free.

New Oriental Vision Overseas has established good cooperative relations with a large number of educational institutions in dozens of countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong (China), Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden and Ireland.
