Undergraduate Admissions
Applicants should have a graduation certificate equivalent to a high school diploma (or above) in China and pass the entrance examination or assessment of Chinese universities
International students applying to study in China must fulfill the following general requirements:
1. Identity: Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport
2. Education: High school diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree, depending on the degree/non-degree programs applied
3. Language: Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must possess adequate proficiency in Chinese. Usually, an HSK certificate is required as evidence.

Master’s degree programs: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, possess two recommendation letters from scholars who hold the title of associate professor or higher, and pass the entrance examination or assessment of Chinese universities. Fresh graduates of Chinese universities with outstanding academic performance are eligible for admission through recommendation instead of examination;
2. Doctoral degree programs: Applicants should have a Master’s degree, possess two recommendation letters from scholars who hold the title of associate professor or higher, and pass the entrance examination or assessment of Chinese universities.
