Founded in 1950, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) is a post-telecom university deployed and constructed emphatically by Chinese government. With the full sponsorship from MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and Chongqing Municipality, the university is a multidisciplinary teaching and research institution that plays a leading role in the field of information communication.
